Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request (subject to availability).
π° Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The balance payment must be settled 7 days before arrival.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment link.
π§Ύ Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
50% charge if canceled between 7β13 days before arrival.
No refund if canceled within 7 days of arrival or for no-shows.
π‘Β Guest Policy
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (including children).
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved by management.
Parties or events are not permitted without prior approval.
π§Ό Cleaning & Housekeeping
The villa is cleaned daily.
Fresh towels and linens are provided every 2β3 days (or on request).
Guests are kindly asked to maintain general cleanliness during their stay.
π Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
Please use provided ashtrays and respect the property.
πΎΒ Pet Policy
Pets are allowed upon request.
If allowed, guests must ensure pets are well-behaved and supervised at all times.
Any damages caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
π Security & Damages
A security deposit may be required upon check-in (refundable after inspection).
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to villa property.
Please lock doors and windows when leaving the villa unattended.
π Internet & Utilities
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the villa.
Please conserve electricity and water when not in use.
π Parking
Free on-site parking is available for guests.
Please park in the designated area.
